The spiral is left and Right and when the mixture is rotating outer blade pushes the material in one direction and the inner blade pushes the material in opposite direction. The mixture mixes the material more and more and is removed from mixing chamber by rotating the blades such that the outer blade pushes from the outlet and then sieved on the Sieving machine which grinds oversized particles and breaks the lumps formed during mixing.
