a) L.L.D.P.E. FILMS:
The Plant Comprises of One Extruder having Screw made out of Nitro-Alloy steel duly
Nitrided and Hard Chrome Plated .Barrel made out of Nitro-Alloy Steel duly Nitrided.
Barrel with hopper, heaters is mounted on heavy duty C.I. Bearing housing with
adequate capacity thrust and roller bearing to take heavy thrust load for long life
operation. Entire Barrel assembly is mounted on a heavy duty MS Channel Stand for
vibration free working. A suitable D. C.drive with Gear Box and set of change
pulleys provided for screw speed variation.
A blinked control digital temperature control panel with proper electrical accessories,
as well as on spiral die - die head with duel lip air cooling ring to produce
L.L.D.P.E. Film of required width and gage provided with Extruder.
A Film take up unit consists of pair of Nip Roll one steel and other rubber as
pressure Roll driven through suitable D. C. Motor and Gear Box.
An Iris Ring to size the bubble to required flat width along with bubble stabilizer
basket is provided with the Plant.
A two station surface or contact winder driven through separate torque motors
and control.
A treating unit and corona discharge unit required for printing film will be
offered at extra cost.
b) P.P. FILMS:
The Plant Comprises of Specially Designed, One Extruder, Having Screw made out of
Nitro - Alloy Steel Duly Nitride and Hard Chrome Plated.
Barrel made out Nitro - Alloy Steel duly Nitride Barrel with Hopper heaters etc.
is mounted on a heavy duty C.I. Bearing Housing with adequate capacity thrust & Roller

A take up unit consists of on e water jacket with facility to inter change,
different size required for various film widths.
Film while passing through size gets contacted with Chilled water.
This gives clear transparency to film surface.
A pair of flattering board made out of S.S. Sheet flattens the bubble.
Film is pulled down through pair of Nip Rollers. Steel and Rubber pressure Roller
and finally reaches to Film Winder 2 Stations torque motor winder where
it is wound on cardboard cores to form reels.
